Meet Rebecca
Associate Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Rebecca. I am a registered social worker and therapist, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through critical life transitions and crises. With decades of experience across various systems—including healthcare, school systems, child welfare, youth and family courts, and community organizations—I am well-equipped to help you navigate life’s challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, stress, trauma (in both childhood and adulthood), separation and divorce, relationship challenges, identity development, and school transitions.
I am deeply passionate about social work and bring compassion, sensitivity, awareness, and a down-to-earth approach to my practice. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you, fostering healing and growth. I work from a client-centered approach, with a focus on anti-oppression, anti-Black racism, and being an ally to LGBTQS+ communities, ensuring my practice is inclusive and affirming.
To best support my clients, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy. My aim is to create a space where clients feel supported, accepted, and empowered as they work toward their therapeutic goals.
